my.veridian Registration

my.veridian uses the customerconnect platform to allow users to track time-of-use and consumption data, gain account information and sign up for Veridian's Electronic Bill Presentment (eBill) and pre-authorized payment plans. In order to access this new tool, users must register their Veridian hydro account. Please enter all the required information for your account and then click 'Register'. An activation link will be sent to your email account. To complete the registration process and activate your my.veridian account, please read that email and follow its instructions. If the email is not in your Inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder.
Once logged in, sign up to eBill to enter Veridian's paperless billing contest! Also, consider signing up to take part in Veridian's Outage Notification pilot. Details for both in my.veridian.

If you wish to register more than one of your accounts, register with one account and link the other accounts once you're logged into the portal. Veridian will only use this email address to send User or Password resets requested by you, notifications about any programs you enroll in, emergency notifications and any other notifications that you enable in your profile.
